M. could happily live on meat and
potatoes all day long - and I genuinely enjoyed cooking alongside him and
sampling every variation.
From his own style to make French fries to oven-baked potatoes and his signature
potato salad, each dish had its own charm.
And the meat?
Whether grilled shishlik, savory kebab, or a juicy steak, it was a feast of
flavors every time!

Fetching food outside:
M. generously drove me - twice - to a
gluten-free bakery in his city, giving me the chance to indulge
in some truly delicious sweets unlike anything I’d ever found before. It was a
rare treat, and I appreciated it deeply.

Pessach:

I enjoyed the food on Passover, | where we had to finish 3kg of delicious Entrecôte | with rice and potatoes. | And the gluten free Malawach (kosher for Pessach), filled with cheese. |
